In their own words, Madeo’s mission is to spread the quality and tradition of cured meats and sausages of Calabria all over the world. Their farm is located in the middle of the two seas of Calabria, namely the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Sea, in the Sila Greca (Cosenza).

An area made of olive groves, untouched vegetation, cool summers, mild winters and year-round fresh air – the territory guarantees optimal conditions for the native pig breed “Suino Nero”, which in this region, is their ideal habitat.
